Delivery
Our delivery charges are banded according to the value of your order. Our bands are as follows:
£0 - £65 will be £15 delivery charge
£66 - £99 will be £20 delivery charge
£100 - £249 will be £35 delivery charge
£250 - £499 will be £45 delivery charge
£500 and above will be FREE delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 2-6 weeks. Please contact us for more information.
You will be contacted you by our courier with a delivery date and time aproximately 1 week before the delivery is about to take place.
We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Scottish Isles or the Channel Islands.
Deliveries to Scotland will incurr a surcharge.
The furniture will only be carried over the threshold (subject to access).
Returns
If you are unhappy with a product and wish to return it you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, this refund will not be able to be given until the product is returned back to us and checked over with its original packaging. Refunds can take up to 7 days.
